Blue was founded in 2000 utilizing the principles of Thalasso Therapy. Our skincare line has expanded over the years to include not only marine based products but also organics and botanicals. We are steadfast in studying the connection between the earth and the health of the human body.

To ensure you receive the greatest possible enjoyment and benefit from our products, we encourage you to spend a minute reviewing our suggestions for their optimal storage and use.

• Because we use natural ingredients in our formulation process our products may vary in color and texture form batch to batch. These natural differences in no way affect the quality or efficacy of our products.

• We produce products in small batches to ensure freshness. Our insistence on natural ingredients and minimal preservatives insure you of the highest quality product available. It also has an affect on their sensitivity to light and heat. Natural ingredients will not have the same shelf life as a Twinkie.

• We recommend our face creams be used within 4 months of purchase. Body Creams should be used within 8 months of purchase. Bath and Shower products maintain their effectiveness for a year or more from the date they are purchased.

• You should always store face creams away from extreme heat and direct sunlight. They should be kept in a coot dry environment to insure maximum useful life. Bathrooms are not the optimum place to store your natural skincare products.

• It is important that you have clean hands when removing product from it’s jar for application. This will reduce the potential introduction of bacteria from your fingertips into the product. We recommend using a small cream spatula or cotton swab instead of fingertips.

• Be sure to close lids tightly on all products and remove any residue from the rim. Always leave spouts in the closed position and keep them clean to reduce the introduction of contaminants when not in use.

Before using any new product (from us or any other skincare company) be sure to patch test. Even the gentlest ingredients can cause sensitization in certain cases. Apply a small amount of product on the inside of the wrist or neck to determine if it is compatible with your unique skin type.

Orders are generally filled the same day as they are received Monday - Friday. Orders received on a weekend or holiday are filled on the next business day. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Please contact us for return information via e-mail. Explain the problem clearly and we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s). We will replace or refund any products found to be defective or damaged. If you simply change your mind, we are happy to exchange the item for something else as long as it is still sealed and in re-sellable condition. All return freight is paid for by the customer. Once placed and shipped orders can not be cancelled.
